Primus Canada - Push pin not included

So it seems some technical glitch is affecting VoIP service for Primus Canada customers. Nothing to see, really, except I now need a giant push pin to restore my service 
I wonder what technical support call prompted that hilarious how-to. I really need to finish my Asterisk setup!
