It would great if they could tell the procurement board, "Saviour-Faire's Ubuntu environment is bilingual; Vista's is not. According to law, you are not allowed to consider Vista when there is a bilingual alternative." Don't know if that is workable or even plausible -- but it would be fun if it was!
